Arcadia Yachts has unveiled its latest creation, the A80new, a yacht that embodies the company’s commitment to eco-consciousness and exploration. Measuring just under 24 meters in length, the A80new offers an innovative design that balances freedom with environmental responsibility, ensuring protection for fragile underwater ecosystems like the posidonia oceanica seagrass beds.
True to Arcadia’s core values, the A80new incorporates a range of groundbreaking features. It is equipped with state-of-the-art solar panels, enhancing the yacht’s energy efficiency and marking a significant advancement in sustainable maritime technology. At the cruising speeds preferred by the brand, the A80new achieves notable fuel savings—reducing fuel consumption by 12% at 12 knots and 27% at 15 knots compared to similar vessels.
At 23.98 meters in length, the A80new stands out as Arcadia’s first raised pilot house (RPH) yacht. Despite its compact size, it retains the signature wide-body profile characteristic of the brand’s designs, offering a spacious and luxurious experience on the water.
The yacht’s interior allows for seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas, with expansive glass panels flooding the main deck with natural light, creating an open, airy atmosphere. Five beautifully appointed guest cabins ensure maximum comfort for all passengers, with the master suite offering prime positioning on the main deck for unparalleled views and privacy.
The A80new’s upper deck spans 80 square meters, setting a new benchmark for versatility in yacht design. Divided into distinct zones, the space is adaptable, perfect for either relaxing afternoons or intimate social gatherings. Below deck, the crew area is discreetly positioned in the bow, featuring two cabins, a dedicated dining area, and an efficiently designed galley created in collaboration with renowned kitchen specialists Valcucine.
The yacht’s solar panels are strategically placed to optimize energy production, further reducing the vessel’s carbon footprint and supporting its eco-friendly mission. The A80new’s use of natural wood finishes enhances the relaxing ambiance throughout the yacht.
The A80new will make its debut at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, where it is set to showcase Arcadia’s dedication to blending luxury with sustainability. Powered by Volvo IPS engines since 2015, the yacht offers a smooth and eco-conscious cruising experience, making it an ideal choice for explorers who value both performance and environmental stewardship.
