A billionaire who recently splashed out $183 million on a luxurious 248-ft superyacht, the Feadship One, has decided to sell it before even taking it out on the water, hoping to make a tidy profit.
The Feadship One, commissioned in 2023, boasts lavish features such as a beach club, gym, and an entire deck dedicated to the owner’s living quarters. However, despite its opulence, the vessel’s billionaire owner seems to have changed his mind about yacht ownership, opting to sell it before ever setting sail.
Many ultra-wealthy individuals, like Jeff Bezos with his $500 million Koru and Mark Zuckerberg with a reported $100 million addition to his fleet, eagerly invest in extravagant superyachts. However, the mystery billionaire behind the Feadship One seems to be parting with the yacht unexpectedly.
The superyacht, which completed its sea trials last year, is slated for delivery in 2025. Currently listed for $195 million—$12 million more than its original price—the One promises unmatched luxury for the next owner.
Designed by Studio De Voogt with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, the One can accommodate 12 guests across six spacious cabins. It features an open-plan main lounge with sliding doors that lead to the deck, as well as a dedicated owner’s deck with a large bedroom, ensuite, private terrace, lounge, study, and a spa pool.
The outdoor space includes a glass-bottomed pool with bar seating, a gym with panoramic views, a helipad, and a tender garage stocked with various water toys.
Now, with its current owner seemingly disinterested in taking it out on the water, the stunning vessel awaits a new buyer.
