The 26.52-metre Johnson yacht Kaya is now on the market, listed by David Johnson of Denison Yachting.
Previously known as Sixty Six, Kaya was delivered in 2002 from Taiwan and boasts naval architecture developed in-house by her builder. The yacht’s exterior and interior design were crafted by Dixon Yacht Design.
Kaya accommodates up to eight guests across four elegantly appointed staterooms, all featuring high-gloss wood paneling and upgraded amenities, including brand-new TVs and speakers. The split-level master suite offers a king-sized bed, stunning panoramic 180-degree views, and an ensuite bathroom. The VIP suite also includes a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.
Additional guest accommodations include a double berth stateroom with a vanity desk and private bathroom, as well as a twin guest stateroom, also with a private bathroom.
The yacht’s aft crew quarters are designed to house up to four crew members, including the captain. The crew quarters feature a captain’s cabin, a crew cabin with bunk beds for two, and a spacious dining area.
Inside, Kaya offers a main saloon and a walk-up bar for guests to enjoy, along with a galley equipped with brand-new appliances. The yacht’s aft deck features a dining space, while the skylounge, enclosed with Isinglass, provides a comfortable setting for relaxation. The expansive skybridge includes a wet bar, and the foredeck boasts a large sun pad for outdoor enjoyment.
In terms of technical upgrades, Kaya is fitted with updated Garmin navigation equipment, a recently installed 30-kilowatt Phasor generator, and an electrical system that has been converted from 220-volt, 50-hertz to 240-volt, 60-hertz.
Built with a GRP hull and a volume of 109 GT, Kaya is powered by twin MTU engines and features a stabilization system for a smooth ride. The yacht cruises comfortably at 18 knots, with a top speed of 23 knots.
