Sunreef’s 26.8-metre sailing catamaran Little Giant has seen a $545,000 price reduction on her sales listing with Staley Weldman of The Catamaran Company.
Delivered in 2017 as the flagship of the Polish shipyard, Little Giant is a sloop-rigged Sunreef 88DD (Double-Deck) constructed from GRP. The custom-built yacht has been privately owned by an experienced sailor since delivery.
Between April 2023 and April 2024, the vessel underwent an extensive refit at Derecktor Shipyard costing over $1.5 million. Upgrades included the addition of a tender lift platform aft, extending her overall length to 28.7 metres, alongside new engines, copper coating and bottom paint, new decking, and a full overhaul of generators and air-conditioning. More recently, a new main sail from North Sails was fitted.
Offering over 300 square metres of floor space, Little Giant features a full-beam master cabin on the main deck facing forward, three VIP cabins, a twin cabin on the lower deck, and accommodations for a crew of four. Its impressive 12-metre beam rivals that of some 60-metre monohulls, providing ample space for guests.
The main saloon combines a lounge and dining area, enhanced with unique details such as a glass wine cabinet and mirrored television. On the sundeck, a six-person dining table is shaded by a rectangular Bimini, complemented by sunpads at the rear. Thoughtful touches include recessed slots in the teak decking to hold glasses and wine bottles securely.
The yacht is commercially compliant for unlimited world cruising, meeting MCA and RINA standards, and boasts a top speed just above 20 knots.
