Dixon Yacht Design has revealed the concept renderings for its 58-meter yacht, Pegasus Fly, crafted specifically for sailing enthusiasts who prioritize sustainability without compromising on performance or functionality.
At 500 GT, Pegasus Fly stands out with its minimalist, almost futuristic design, featuring construction partly from recycled aluminum alloy. The yacht also incorporates advanced eco-friendly technologies, including a propeller energy recovery system and solar energy harvesting, underscoring its commitment to sustainability.
The yacht’s sleek, powerful lines are complemented by a well-balanced deck layout, which harmonizes with the vessel’s overall design. A low-profile flybridge enhances the captain’s visibility from both the port and starboard helm stations, ensuring ease of navigation and control.
Pegasus Fly is designed for speed and performance, with headsails set up to include a large overlapping genoa, a 105 percent blade, and an off-wind Code sail on a subdeck furling unit.
